Andhiyar Khore

Cultivator Fix Model

The Andhiyar Khore Cultivator (Fixed Model) is a robust, dependable implement crafted for farmers who demand solid performance, low maintenance, and consistent soil conditioning. Designed especially for Indian agro-conditions, the Andhiyar Khore is well suited to a wide range of soils—from heavy clay to loamy fields—with excellent residue handling and soil aeration capabilities.

The fixed model frame is built with reinforced steel sections, welded for rigidity and resistance to bending under heavy loads. Because there are no folding joints or hinges, the structure remains stable in rugged terrain and simplifies maintenance by reducing parts prone to failure. The Andhiyar Khore utilizes a traditional “khore” style tyne arrangement (sometimes also called “C-type”) where each shank is placed to optimize soil flow, minimize clogging, and ensure even soil engagement. This layout is effective in mixing crop residue and breaking hard soil layers.

To match varying crop and soil needs, the cultivator offers depth adjustability. Whether you want shallow residue mixing or deeper soil loosening, operators can fine-tune depth to deliver the right soil condition for the next crop. This cultivator is designed to interface via standard three-point linkage with medium-range tractors (e.g. 30–70 HP, depending on soil conditions). It’s engineered to balance load distribution so that draft is efficient and the implement runs smoothly behind the tractor.

  • Proven Durability in Indian Fields: Built to last in diverse terrains and soil types.
  • Efficient Soil Coverage: Khore-style tine layout minimizes missed zones, reducing the number of passes needed.
  • Cost-Effective Maintenance: Simplified fixed design means fewer parts to service or replace.
  • Enhanced Soil Health: Through better aeration, residue mixing, and improved root access.
  • Flexibility: Depth control allows use across multiple crops and varying soil conditions.
